Storage Lion and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions.

Promotions and Offers

*Subject to change. Promotions are available to new customers only and are subject to specific units and availability. Other restrictions, taxes, fees, and administrative fees may apply. See your rental agreement for complete details. Promotions are not available for transfers or additional spaces. Pricing is subject to change. A reservation may be required to guarantee promotional pricing. Actual unit sizes may vary from approximate size estimates. Please inspect any unit before renting. Online pricing may only be available for online reservations and rentals.

Refunds

All rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit or space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid, including prepaid rent. Customers may rent on a monthly basis. The rental period begins on the date the rental agreement is signed and continues according to the terms of the agreement. Rent is billed in accordance with the rental agreement and may not be prorated for move-outs. If your account is overcharged due to an error, any verified discrepancy will be refunded once Storage Lion is notified.

For merchandise sales, all sales are final and merchandise is not eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
